Venue Coordinator
OVERVIEW & IMPACT
Finding great venues for our workshops and other events is one of our biggest challenges. Since a lot of our workshops are for kids and are science and technology based, we require a lot of tables and chairs, the ability to get a little messy and have computers, projectors and other tech tools around. We need spaces that can be arranged for collaborative teamwork and spaces that have computers on site - all while trying to spend next to nothing on it!
The Venue Coordinator builds much-needed relationships with potential and current venues for our workshops and meetings.
